The entire process is reduced to one hour per kg of fabric (six hours less than usual).
GREENDYES
To be as sustainable as possible in the dyeing process, we have developed our own patented technique: Greendyes TM, a natural, organic method with unprecedented results in terms of the uniformity and resistance of the colours in organic dyes.
Greendyes TM involves a natural, harmless and organic dyeing process. Fabrics are sustainably dyed with 100% traceable natural pigments from mineral and plant sources.
The process generates:
- Zero water waste
- Zero energy heat as it is a cold-dyeing process
The process uses:
- Zero chemicals
Thanks to Greendyes TM , we have managed to optimize the consumption of resources, achieving a revolutionary result:
Time
Energy
The dyeing itself, which only uses renewable energy, is carried out using a cold process, which represents energy savings of 75% across the entire process.
Energy
Water
Greendyes TM manages to save over 110 litres of water per kg of garments in the dyeing process, and over 140 litres of water per kg of yarn. As a natural and non-toxic process, 100% of the water is recycled through sand filters so it can be reused for new dyes, or even for watering plants.
Quality
Colour fastness exceeds the standards that have been achieved to date in sustainable dyeing.
Quality
Traceability
We study all the raw materials in detail, starting with their origin, in order to guarantee compliance with environmental management and fair trade standards.
Versatility
Greendyes TM is suitable for most fabrics, including natural cellulosic fibres, synthetic cellulosic fibres, biosynthetic cellulosic fabrics, protein fabrics and recycled fabrics, such as Seaqual polyester and Q-Nova polyamide.
